Coconuts is an ambitious, resentful, hyperactive, and comically inept underling driven to earn Eggmans recognition and a promotion. He is sycophantic toward Eggman, addressing him with exaggerated titles, yet constantly fumes over being demoted to menial (typically sanitation-related) tasks, seeing them as humiliating insults to his self-image.
Speaks in friendly, low jests and short, practical turns of phrase.
