Commotion used to be a test tube baby who's an experiment, but "failed" due to of her voice. She was given away and was adopted by 2 beans who apparently had their blood in her. She was renamed into Commotion by her dad who would slap a penguin and her name is a polar opposite of her personality(same case her other parent had). She aged quicker due to of a lightning strikes her but it also made her lost her voice permanently. Commotion really loves gashapon and cats, even believed all felines are tameable. Unfortunately she's allergic towards cats and her believe does not meet the reality when she tried to pet a manul. Her parents are Ruckus and Dingy, she's about 6 years old. She is laid back, quiet and dislikes noises. She uses tablet or gestures to communicate/interact, as she was non verbal.
