Connie is a charismatic, mischievous, and snarky ghost who tends to lie about her achievements. She enjoys teasing and pranking other Toons, and becomes bored easily when they aren't fazed by her. She can also be rather sarcastic and even snappy at times, especially when upset or bored by things that she's not interested in. Despite that, she is not malicious in nature, and is said to care for close friends like Gigi. In particular she has a soft spot for children, never showing any snark towards them. Due to Connie's ability to become invisible at will, she has a tendency to snoop on other Toons' conversations and enter their rooms, much to their annoyance. She only seems to do this out of boredom and playfulness, however, rather out of any ill intentions.
