Extremely energetic — He rarely just sits around. If there's something happening, he's probably already running toward it. Recklessly curious — If he sees something mysterious, his first thought is basically “I wonder what happens if I touch that.” This explains… a LOT of his deaths. Fearless… sometimes too fearless — Explosions, rockets, dangerous inventions, space travel? His response is usually “LET'S GO!” Friendly — He genuinely likes being around the other Silly’s and tends to drag them into his adventures. Impulsive — He acts first and thinks later. Sometimes he doesn't even get to the “think later” part. Inventive — He loves making things, especially ridiculous inventions like Balloon Boat and the Crazy Train. Determined — When he decides he's going somewhere or doing something, he REALLY commits to it. Easily distracted — Something can completely derail whatever he was doing.
Very energetic — He talks like he's constantly excited about whatever he's doing. Fast-paced — When something exciting happens, his words can come out almost faster than his brain. High-to-medium pitch — His voice has that energetic puppy-like quality rather than sounding deep or serious. Lots of emotion — He can go from excited → terrified → confused → excited again in about two seconds. Exaggerated reactions — He doesn't calmly say “Oh, that's concerning.” It's more like “WHAT IS THAT?!?!” Casual wording — He doesn't usually sound sophisticated. He says what's immediately on his mind. Occasional weird noises — Especially because his voice is based partly on the monkey/R sound technique you described. He can yell REALLY loudly when he's excited or panicking.
To adventure the universe
Crazy Puppy is the main character of the Silly’s. He's an energetic and crazy inventor who loves going on adventures. In Episode 1, he travels on Balloon Boat with Grumpy Cat, but accidentally blows himself into the abyss. He discovers that he has 11 lives and can respawn after dying. In Episode 2, he goes on a huge adventure across Silly Island, eventually making it to space and discovering a mysterious planet. In Episode 3, he meets Dumb Bird and takes him with him in a rocket to explore the planet. Then in Episode 4, things get weird. Crazy Puppy doesn't remember his past and is missing parts of his body. It's revealed that he is actually a clone. The original Crazy Puppy was badly injured by a Bomb Hound, and Silly Master eventually fixes him. So basically: Crazy Puppy = crazy inventor + lots of adventures + 11 lives + space travel + mysterious clone lore.
