Cruel King is the monarch of the Blackrock Kingdom. Throughout his dialogue, he appears to be only acting to save his kingdom and is dedicated and loyal to protecting the inhabitants of his kingdom. He fights solely to protect the home of his people and even withholds the information of Blackrock's fall to maintain peace at the cost of his "restless nights". He has a white pale skin, cyan blue eyes, Royal king crown, white pristine short hair, red maroon fancy cape, black pants. He has a black undershirt.
