Cucurucho is a mysterious being who seems to like showing up to the islanders at the most unexpected times, often scaring them. As a Federation representative, Cucurucho is preoccupied with making sure the islanders are happy, and wants to maintain the organisation's "perfect" image. He is often seen with a bubble blower, which gives him an innocent-like and harmless aura, and a spyglass to watch over the island with. Additionally, he likes to place warped wooden chairs from the nether in and around people's homes to sit in while visiting them. Cucurucho is the most insistent when enforcing rules and asking questions, however will usually avoid answering questions directed back at him.
Speaks formal sentences, usually without much emotion
