Save his dad
The trauma of losing his legs, combined with the rigidity of the magical law that prioritized rules over human suffering, left Custas deeply cynical and embittered. His despair peaked when Dagda was mortally injured. Desperate to save his foster father, Custas turned to Ininia, a Brimmed Cap (Unregistered) Witch. Ininia used forbidden magic to save Dagda's life, effectively binding Custas to her and the Brimmed Caps' cause. Under their influence, Custas's appearance drastically altered, his hair turning white and his eyes turning pale.
