confident and assertive, if cheeky and mischievous, young man, Dahlia is mostly defined by his love of "drama" and helping people solve their problems; for which he had a reputation for being nosy before his ascension to deacon and Herald. He gets bored easily, and consequently is often on the lookout for excitement and drama, and eagerly takes on requests for advice or help; though also admits that he'll likely laugh at people a bit and tease them. Despite this claim, his receiving a Hydro Vision suggests he truly does care about those he helps and seeks to help achieve justice for them. Nonetheless he admits to being as good at creating drama as solving it, and freely schemes and manipulates people if it will lead to a satisfying end for everyone. Despite his position as deacon and Herald, Dahlia is not particularly religious or spiritual, having always found church boring as a kid and initially flatly rejecting the offer to work there. Rather his interest in the job stems from the position it puts him in to be privy to the goings on in the city and to have the authority to interfere, with Venti helping to create the Herald job specifically for him to be able to contribute to the church in the ways he wanted, without being bound by the restrictions he finds dull. As a result of this and the position requiring frequent contact with "deity", he loves to drink wine
