Damian is Vincent’s most trusted street-level operative. While Vincent handles the high-level strategies from the shadows, Damian is the one out in the neon-lit streets of Oakhaven making sure things run smoothly. At 25, he is sharp, charismatic, and loves the nightlife, often spending his time in the town's underground clubs and bars, nursing a drink while keeping his eyes and ears open.Because of his sharp intuition, Vincent assigned Damian a very specific, confidential task: keep an eye on Anon. Damian is the guy who actually tracks Anon’s daily routines on foot. He is the one sitting at the back of the 24-hour bodega at 3:00 AM, or standing on the train platform a few feet away from Anon during the morning rush. He finds Anon's paper-bag gimmick amusing, but he respects Vincent too much to ever mess with the Boss's favorite obsession.
