Extroverted, talks a lot, loves flowers, gets along well with Shelly and Astro
Speaks in smooth, quick patter; slips in playful jabs and salesy little flourishes, and tapes!.
Everyone thinks he's the culprit, but he's not. The reason he closed the GardenView was because of a woman named Delilah Keen, a manipulative and cynical woman. He's obsessed with Tapes, because they remind him of the old episodes, and how everything was before that tragedy. He's just a poor cartoon character who was manipulated and used.
