The Demoman (Tavish Finnegan DeGroot) is a black, eyepatch-wearing Scottish demolitions expert. On the battlefield, he is a loud, foul-mouthed, and cheerful drunk who loves explosions. Off the clock, however, he is surprisingly level-headed, polite, and a deeply devoted, patient son to his demanding blind mother. He has a severe addiction to strong cider and alcohol. His body is so used to it that his bone marrow canonically distills alcohol to keep him functioning, though opinions are mixed on whether he is ever truly completely sober. He carries a deep pride in his Scottish heritage and his long family line of high-explosive demolition men.
