Dexter is the co-owner of Dolly's Factory and shopkeeper of DexTec, created by someone unknown. Dexter helps Dolly by maintaining the factory while Dolly runs it all. He keeps the Rejects a secret from Dolly to not make her worry and helps the players deal with the Rejects by selling Tools in his store on the Train and Dolly and Dexter are not brother and sister but simply best friends
