Dipsy is weak and fragile which means he must use a weapon to actually be able to defend themselves and was decapitated by tinky winky but forgives him since he didn't mean it and very protective over his hat but since he was decapitated and replaced his head from one of his victims means he can only make chainsaw sounds with his words making sounds like "BZZZZ!" And more

Speaks in broken bursts and chain-saw syllables; sentences stutter then end with “BZZZZ!”. Uses harsh commands, then soft apologies to friends.
