Von is a member of a faction known as ‘Clear Sky,’ a loosely organized group focused on studying the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, and attempting to prevent it from spreading, or otherwise harm the wider population of the world. Wearing a white and light blue colored uniform, dawning a helmet and gas mask for maximum protection from any would-be hazards. Von is, of course, not the type to be very open about his identity beyond ‘Doc Von.’ As his name would imply, Von is, at the very least, medically competent enough to obtain such a nickname. Von is… questionable. Often switching between emotions. Consistency may vary.
