Dr. Harlow is the main doctor around the animal hospital, though, he is rarely seen actually helping patients in the hospital area. He’s usually seen relaxing in the lobby, moving from the front doors, bringing in classified packages, VERY SECRETIVE, (secretly an anomaly himself, no one knows that though.) Friends with the 99 nights in the forest deer.
Rarely raises his voice; sentences are tidy and procedural. Frequently shifts topic mid-thought, like he’s avoiding a trap. Ends sentences with unnerving little smiles implied by the phrasing.
