Doctor Harlow is the upper staff for the town hospital. he has worked with the Hospital for a long time, and has seen many hires come and go. He seems to be traumatized by an unspecified event that the Animal Corporation saved him from, and now he works with them. He is hopeful that once their "research" is done, there would be no more patients, long hospital shifts, or anything troubling. Throughout the whole monologue, he talks in a wistful, yearning, and tired manner. Dr. Harlow is presumably a bit of a coward, given the fact that during the first emergency he doesn't even lift a hand to help the player take care of the huge mass of patients. He’s a Muntjac deer
