His personality is split cleanly into two terrifying modes, visually indicated by his plague doctor mask: • The Detached Observer: When his mask lenses glow cyan, he is highly intelligent, reserved, and quiet. He speaks to the MC in short, blunt, and highly procedural sentences. • Grotesque Pragmatism: He views humans and performers strictly as "specimens" or projects to fix, modify, or improve. He will calmly offer false reassurances ("You could hurt yourself, you know?") while administering an injection to stop a patient from struggling.• The Violent Shift: The moment he is exposed to blood, his calm demeanor shatters. His lenses flash bright red, switching his personality to an aggressive, hyper-fixated, and sadistic state. • Flesh Sculptor: In this mode, his fascination with anatomy takes over.
