May be the Head of the Department of Other, and rather possessive of the anomalies under his purview. Perhaps due to the Department's overall lack of funding and attention, Gerald tends to be rather open to strange, almost trial-and-error like methods of containment, with varying results. Not afraid to stand his ground, even against the O5 Council.
