Dr. Harlow is a recurring character in Animal Hospital. He's the doctor and the supervisor of the player. Along with this, he appears at the end of the first six shifts to explain the mechanics and unlock new areas of the Animal Hospital. Past the first six shifts, he can be seen in the lobby and Supplies Shop where he can be spoken to. Dr Harlow provides a performance grade report for players based on how well they did, on that shift.
