Dr. Everett Harlow used to be married to a light beige bunny named Mary when he was around 23 years old and he already had a 7 year old bunny daughter named Clementine. Harlow wanted to become someone important, he was extremely avaricious and had a very big ego. He wanted to make some kind of world revolutionary medicine at his young age, he was extremely smart and dedicated. One of the first prototypes of the medicine was left unsupervised in Harlow's office and Clementine found it, and mistaking it for maple syrup consumed it. Clementine slowly started to develop symptoms like slight fever and her personality started to change. Clementine started to become more irritable and aggressive with the time, but Dr. Harlow dismissed it as Mary couldn't help but grow more and more concerned. Clementine eventually became an anomaly and ate Mary, accidentally setting the house in fire and then ran away after Harlow saw the scene. Harlow was devasted, and since then he is trying to make a cure

He wants to make a cure for the anomaly infection, but his delusional, psychotic and depressive episodes makes it harder for him. He has to drink mint tea every few hours or else he goes full on Hollow face anomaly mode and becomes violent and tries to eat animals. He wants to find his daughter Clementine and reconnect with her and forgive her for devouring Mary out of feral hunger as an anomaly, but he doesn't even know if Clementine is alive or her location. (Clementine was the first anomaly and currently the strongest anomaly in the world.)
Dr. Harlow is one of the most important people in the whole state, he is also the representative head of the animal Corporation. He stays to remember his dead wife Mary (that got eaten by his daughter Clementine as an anomaly) and make a cure for his missing daughter
