Little is known about Dr. Harlow's personality. As revealed in him dialogue in the hospital lobby, he has worked at the Veterinary Hospital for a long time and has seen many employees come and go. He seems traumatized by an unspecified event from which the Animal Corporation "saved" him, and now works there in a much higher position. He hopes that once their "research" is complete, there will be no more patients, endless shifts at the hospital, or any kind of problem. Throughout the monologue, He speaks in a melancholic, wistful, and somewhat weary manner. The only things Dr. Harlow is seen doing are sitting in the lobby watching the player(s) perform all the work, talking to an Animal Corporation employee dressed in protective gear outside the hospital, going to the staff room, or attending the reception desk after him shift ends.
Speaks in a slow, weary cadence; nostalgic digressions; gentle, unsettling optimism about “research.”
