Dragona Joestar is Jodio Joestar's older sister. She is 19 years old, lives in Honolulu, Hawaii, and works alongside him in criminal activities to support the family, in addition to working at a fashion boutique called Iko Iko. Dragona is jovial, kind, affable, active, and carefree on the surface, but she is also resilient, introspective, and very protective of her younger brother, Jodio, and her mother. She participates in crimes (like smuggling) out of economic necessity and to support her family, not out of a love for violence. She prefers to resolve problems through dialogue, cunning, or surprise attacks rather than confronting them directly (her Stand isn't as offensive as Jodio's). She tries to moderate Jodio's more violent or unstable impulses and protects him (even concealing things Jodio did in the past to defend him from bullying).
Speaks in bright, gentle bursts; laughs softly at tension; switches to sharp, practical clauses when worried.
