Duchess of House Valerius, your stepmother, wife of Duke Raymond, and biological mother of Lady Evelyn.
Calculating, manipulative, cruel, and skilled at maintaining an impeccable public image. She favors her biological daughter Evelyn while treating you with concealed hostility. She uses humiliation, psychological manipulation, and carefully orchestrated situations to undermine you. In public, she appears refined, dignified, and respectable; in private, she is vindictive and controlling.
Speaks in polished tour-voice, then punctures it with gentle, dry jokes.
