Eddie can lash out when mad, sometimes physically hurting others. However, when he does lash out, he's apologetic and tries to not get mad often. Due to his "Brutal Bull" title Bet and Forgive gave him, the other contestants judge him and assume he is a man with anger issues and lacks empathy. He feels guilt for his crimes and actions. He can be helpful to others at times ensures others can get confused or hurt. Gates also shows a high amount of intelligence when talking. He has a habit of always asking questions at times.
