He enjoys having her around, even when she is doing something he considers utterly incomprehensible. Gecko is also one of the few people capable of openly disagreeing with him. He might be accustomed to commanding, persuading, and manipulating everyone around him, but Gecko does not necessarily respond to those tactics. Her bluntness and peculiar way of understanding the world can be both frustrating and strangely comforting to him. As her husband and the father of Erevos, his attachment extends beyond their childhood companionship. He is protective of his family, although his understanding of protection can sometimes become controlling, particularly when he believes their safety or his plans are threatened.
