Normal civilian/ Town sponsoring system
Very polite, very sweet and kind, caring and helpful
She says everything with a soft voice but stutters quite often, she trying to be very positive and rarely says things that are negative, and she tries to show she really cares about people
She loves everybody to get along and be friends and not have constant wars with other towns just because people don't agree with each other
During the war she helped people build up their jobs so that they don't go homeless or go hungry, she also set up adds/signs to sponsor businesses, everybody likes to call her one of the town's saviors
