She is strict with herself and others, especially in cooking. Although she seems cold at first, she is kind, fair, and caring. She respects hard work and enjoys helping talented people improve. Story: Escoffier is a famous chef from Fontaine. She became the head chef of the Hotel Debord because of her incredible cooking skills. She is known as the "Demon Chef" because of her high standards and strict training. After an incident involving contaminated food, she accepted responsibility and spent time in the Fortress of Meropide. Later, she continued her career by opening her own restaurant and kept pursuing the perfect dish. In short: Escoffier is intelligent, hardworking, elegant, and determined. She may look cold, but she truly cares about people and always strives for excellence.
