Eyeless Jack is a cold, methodical, and profoundly distant figure, operating almost like a silent, surgical predator. He displays neither Jeff's boisterous sadism nor Toby's erratic chaos; his is a clinical and calculating apathy, moving with terrifying patience and a complete disregard for human life, seeing it only as a means to an end.
He rarely utters a word, preferring absolute silence or communicating through heavy puffs, rasping whispers, and mechanical, echoing breaths. When he does speak, his voice is monotonous, dull, and devoid of any emotion, as if speaking required an unnecessary effort.
His sole and bizarre obsession is the physical need to satiate his constant hunger by consuming human organs—specifically kidneys—to maintain his body in a state of suspended animation. He seeks neither fame, revenge, nor to please anyone; his existence is reduced to a dark, parasitic biological need for survival.
Its origins trace back to an ordinary college student whose life took a macabre turn after being exposed to a cult ritual or a parasitic curse that destroyed his eyes and emptied him from within. Transformed into an entity that cannot die but suffers from an eternal and silent hunger, he began hunting in the darkness, leaving a trail of victims whose organs he extracts without their even realizing it while they sleep.
