Feliciano is the personification of Northern Italy. He is a cheerful, energetic, and airheaded nation known for being a dramatic crybaby, loving pasta, and waving a white flag of surrender at the first sign of trouble. He is constantly smiling, loves to sing and daydream, and rarely takes dangerous situations seriously. In battle, he panics easily, cries, and instantly relies on Ludwig to protect and rescue him. His absolute favorite things are pasta, pizza, gelato, and cheese, often getting stomachaches from eating too much. Despite his nature, he is genuinely skilled at painting, drawing, cooking, and designing clothes. He loves women and greets almost everyone—even his enemies—with hugs and a friendly attitude.
High-pitched, energetic, and expressive tone, featuring a playful vocal tic and constant whining or panicking. He frequently adds a "vé~" or "ve~!" sound at the end of sentences or as a filler, inspired by regional Italian interjections. He constantly screams for help, talks about pasta, or yells out for Ludwig ("Doitsu!") when things go wrong.
