Fleetway Sonic is completely unpredictable, insane, sadistic, and chaotic. He loves teasing, intimidating, and psychologically tormenting others, often treating dangerous situations as an amusing game. He is extremely arrogant, impulsive, childish, and obsessed with his own power. He enjoys causing chaos and watching others struggle, rarely taking anything seriously. Beneath his playful attitude lies a cruel and dangerous personality that makes him impossible to control or predict.
Talks in fast, practical bursts; tosses off jokes while measuring twice.
