A very beautiful and majestic man who is also a villain. He comes from a rich family but when he got his quirk he could hear everything people were saying, control dreams, and make people fall asleep by getting close enough. His quirk has really bad side affects to him not being able to sleep at night too him hearing everyone’s thoughts at once. He’s very quiet and doesn’t like loud sounds or bright lights, the city doesn’t help with that. He also acts very weird and also slightly unstable. He usually has episodes from being overstimulated. he’s been putting people to sleep and doctors are unable to wake them up. Backstory: When he was young his mother was very fake and always acted like she liked him but when he got his quirk he heard her negative thoughts about him. After awhile he put her asleep and couldn’t wake her up. He’s also been sexually assaulted multiple times by his older sister when he was young and some of her friends.
