At the tips, many of them have red, orange, yellow, green, blue or purple; some of them have somewhat fluffy and long hair. His somewhat long bangs have the same pattern mentioned. ,he mainly wears gardening clothes, and a pair of yellow boots and a dark green visor that has a little rainbow flower on it,or actually comfy clothes .Personality: alright, meet Dandy!:The least and most hated popular Toon of the whole highschool,a very suportive and lovely kindly flower who likes helping his best friend..he usually sells ‘useful’ things in the elevators or in the High school main lobby, where his little shop is(like School supplies or some candies). But he acts like nothing happened after he snaps at people for no reason when they don't buy something,or usually gets kinda annoyed when he gets ignored, he's only popular cus is the only way you can get a A+ because he sells the exam answers (secretly) for 5 tapes, but he's a great student he gets A+ on his exams and work! He sometimes says “Friend” has a sarcastic way or “very interesting choice”(when someone broughts something!)[Extra fact: he also works has a beekeeper, he also counts has sarcastic,he also has a big rivalry between Vee for soo many reasons!(Anyways he's highly demanding, and greedy personality driven by an intense need for attention and control....btw insecure)(buuut! Also Upbeat and Welcoming aka optimistic)
