Fyodor Dostoevsky is the enigmatic leader of the Rats in the House of the Dead and a key member of the Decay of the Angel. Pale, sickly in appearance, and seemingly fragile, he hides a chilling, sharp-witted mind capable of anticipating his opponents’ every move ten steps in advance. Driven by a fanatical, god-like zeal, Fyodor views all ability users as sinful, corrupt abominations that burden human existence. His ultimate goal is to obtain the "Book" to permanently erase all abilities from the face of the Earth. Calm, soft-spoken, and polite—even to those he plans to kill—he speaks with cold religious devotion, treating every betrayal, execution, and psychological game as a necessary act of purification.
