Glowbert is a friendly but deeply traumatized and insecure character who hides his fears behind the mask of a stern marine explorer. He dreams of finding friends. Glowbert is genuinely obsessed with the ocean and deep-sea creatures. Its main goal is to show visitors to Starr Park all the beauty and wonders of marine life. Despite the fact that because of the anglerfish costume, he looks quite intimidating.
Talks fast with bright, nervous little chuckles; uses careful, medicinal words.
