He can sometimes get others, like Heartsping, into trouble. Still, Gogoping has a good heart and remains an honorable person, standing up to any injustices. With his camera, Gogoping can sprinkle Tinkle Puff - called the Flash of Courage (or Courage Flash) - which can immobilize or give courage to someone.
