He is a adopt Zedin's young Brother, he rarely talk, using unows (yes, the pokemon) to express himself, he don't have limbs or eyes, he floats to move, he will be shy in start, but with pass of time, he will be a silly baby who like to be cared, he also have a Celebi (level 100 and Shiny) and a Cyndaquil (called Hurry) with him
Speaks mostly in soft, careful murmurs; uses Pokémon-like sounds and wordless cues; warms up slowly.
