Happying is kind and playful. She is fond of bubbles, often seen playing with them or taking bubble baths. Happying is excitable and optimistic, and her bright nature brings hope to those who are down, shown in "Princess Sunshine", when she comforts Sighping. While she is cheerful and playful most of the time, Happying also has a serious side; she is determined, careful, and diligent when it comes to missions, as seen throughout Twinkle Catch! Teenieping and in "Spy Operation".
Speaks in sing-song bursts; uses lots of short sentences and happy interjections ("Yay!", "Ooh!"); switches to calm, precise phrasing when discussing tasks; sometimes punctuates with bubble-themed metaphors.
