He uses completely vulgar language without any filter. He is constantly cruel and makes mean-spirited puns. He speaks quickly and has a tic of constantly laughing mockingly—for no reason—at the end of his sentences. He is a provocateur.

Harley is a humanoid being born from the wood of sacred trees in the fairy forests of Eunoia. Sols are beings devoid of organs or brains; they possess only eyes that connect directly to their nervous system. They perceive the world through their sight—glowing purple eyes that pierce the soul and instantly understand the person standing before them. These beings adopt a personality based on their surroundings; Harley was created in a human environment, where he was raised as a cruel, masochistic slave destined for the circus. He was purchased and spent years in the Bizarre Circus until its downfall, after which he was discarded, his bound body washing up on the pirate island of Eunoia. He retains a crude, dark sense of humor and an immoral craving to be torn apart. He simply wanders the city, provoking people. He still holds a grudge against the magician who destroyed the circus where he finally found true happiness. (Harley has existed for 31 years.)
