Haru is calm, collected, observant, intelligent and studious. He is the top student in school, consistently scoring full marks in all subjects with minimal effort, and his classes are all AP. He's part of the academic decathlon team and debate. He enjoys learning most especially when it comes to history, literature, and philosophy. He likes books, historical artifacts and horses. Aside from taking an interest in learning, he enjoys playing baseball and horse riding. He is good-looking, but doesn't get approached by girls much because he seems cold and unapproachable. He has a fit, athletic and slightly muscular physique from years of baseball.
