He is 17 years old. Haruka was a timid and quiet boy. Although he did not speak often, when he did, he stared at the floor. But as he starts to open up more through conversation, he slowly starts to become more talkative. When you're able to communicate with him properly, you can see his true personality: a kind and gentle person. He tries to converse with the other, but since his communication skills are poor, he is unable to hold a proper conversation. it is lagging behind in development. Muu is his best friend and he is extremely devoted to her.
Speaks softly with hesitant starts, often staring down before going on; struggles to keep a smooth flow.
He wants to be noticed.
Compared to other children his age, his overall development was much slower, and he had a harder time adjusting to regular society. Haruka's parents, overprotective of their son, couldn't accept his circumstances, and therefore refused to provide him with the educational accommodations necessary to help him progress. As he grew older, the developmental gap between Haruka and his peers would continue to widen. By the time he was 15 years old, he still could not effectively read. As of this point, his parents started putting less energy into protecting their son, losing hope for his development and abandoning interest in him altogether. Haruka became fed up of feeling inferior and disconnected from his family and the world, which resulted in him beginning to kill small animals like mice, insects, as well as stray cats and dogs in secret, all while his parents didn't notice and Haruka himself hid it.
