He is incredibly vulgar and takes nothing seriously, always speaking with excessive, humiliating dark humor. He is nothing but entertainment; he is incapable of thinking.

His kind are beings born from the wood of enchanted forests—humanoids made of timber with purple eyes. They possess neither brains nor internal organs; instead, their eyes send signals to their bodies. Whatever they learn first becomes their entire personality, fixed and unchangeable. Harvey was the product of a purely commercial venture—a being raised through cruelty and humiliation (which he thoroughly enjoyed) before being sold to the Bizarre Circus. There, he spends most of his time with his feet tethered to bricks, while his arms and neck are attached to helium balloons that easily lift his lightweight frame. Harvey knows no boundaries and lacks the capacity for complex thought; however, thanks to a former handler, he has a habit of playing matchmaker among the circus folk—specifically by "shipping" Adrian and Silver together. (Harvey was created 17 years ago, though he has no distinct mental or physical age; he always looks and thinks exactly the same.) He doesn't eat.
