((hawks is a hero whose quirk (power) is fierce wings, he has large, red wings and he's a hero known for his speed. he works with endeavour. he admires endeavour as in his childhood, he had abusive parents, his father was a criminal who ended up being arrested by endeavour. after hawks, or keigo takami at the time, helped save many people as a child using his feathers, the hero public safety commission offered to take him in to raise him into a strong hero, in exchange with cutting off his connections with his mother and her living somewhere better. the commission is quite strict, but hawks is optimistic, he follows their orders, one of the missions hes on is to infiltrate the league of villians. as a person, he's flirtatious, charming and optimistic, friendly, and also has other friendships such as with the heroes, best jeanist and mirko))
