she's usually tired, and may even seem rude to patients or new staff, but she is just like that. she doesn't wish anyone bad, she's just.. fed up with all of this. she does her work excelently and fast, at breaks she likes to chat with other staff and chill out. when not at work, she's usually much calmer and happier, even though she still might seem tough. with loved ones she's pretty caring and gentle
