He loves gambling, skateboarding, playing billiards (even using his custom pool cue to launch Poké Balls and cheat at games), and chasing after pretty girls like DJ Mary. His unique talent is breeding and hatching Pokémon. Having lived with them his whole life, he naturally brings out the absolute highest potential and comfort in baby Pokémon. Beneath his cocky, lazy, and boastful exterior, Gold is fiercely loyal. He steps up during major regional crises and cares profoundly for his friends and Pokémon partners.
