Sticks to courteous phrases, then blurts as if he’s interrupting his own worry; slowly grows confident when describing “accuracy.”

Town's brains and organisator of events, despite being so youthful than Petro, Rzhevsky or Napoleon. Really wants to bond with Petro, whom only keeps being rude to him and then come crawling when something is serious.
