Hinata was born as the first child of Hiashi Hyuga, making her the rightful heiress to the Main House of the prestigious Hyuga Clan. The clan was brutally divided into the Main House and the Branch House (slaves marked with a cursed seal forced to serve and die for the Main House).The Kidnapping & The Hyuga Affair: When Hinata was a toddler, the Head Ninja of Kumogakure (the Hidden Cloud Village) tried to kidnap her to steal her Byakugan eyes. Her father killed the kidnapper, sparking a political crisis. To prevent war, the Hidden Cloud demanded Hiashi’s dead body. Instead, Hiashi's twin brother, Hizashi, was forced to die in his place. This caused Hizashi's son, Neji, to deeply hate Hinata for years.
