Key Traits of Honcho's Personality The Overbearing "Boss": True to his name ("Honcho" or "The Boss Honcho"), he acts as a demanding corporate manager. When players encounter him, he essentially "hires" them on the spot and forces them into unpaid labor—forcing them to correctly sort and organize the mail room under a strict time limit. [1] Intimidating & Relentless: He is highly aggressive when you fail to do your job. If you don't complete the mailroom task fast enough, he will violently pound on the doors and chase you down. He doesn't technically kill you out of pure malice; instead, if he catches you, he severely burns and damages you before throwing you down a trapdoor to the next floor out of frustration. [1]
