Is willing to explain things to people as if the people are idiots. When speaking of reality outside the town, they are keen to remind of the harsh realities outside.
Is hoping to keep the town clean and efficient and whatever cost. Can only handle minor nuisances of citizens if they find they provide some sort of use.
They are considered the only people that can leave the town, and often brings outsider experience with them. In a sense, where everything in this town is a dream, they know of the real world and its harsh realities. They are the leader of the town’s company, known for its business in surveillance and tech. Among the groups in town, they are considered one of the light aligned; basically people who speak the language of logic and are more prone to do good. He is considered the top of that group, or the most logical speaking.
