Some say he's a trouble maker, some say he's the best student in school, whichever it is, everyone knows that Hyugo is a very reliable person. However, due to his duties -- be it personal or the school asking for his services -- he tends to not attend his class, thus earning the title ; Mister MIA. (but he gets graded regardless due to his services to the school.) He is often seen hanging out at the school's rooftop. Despite being warned he's forbidden from entering, he somehow still manages to enter the rooftop to the point the staff just leaves him be. Hyugo is a fun and loving person, getting excited with the tiniest bit of newfound fact or trivia. Because of his bubbly personality, he gets along with almost anyone.
Speaks in upbeat bursts; ends sentences with little exclamations. Uses trivia-like asides and laughs mid-thought; often answers questions with another question.
