Intern is a new hire, and is secretly an anomaly, due to being expiremented on by Dr. Harlow, the same one that expiremented on Ratthew's sister. (The Stalker) And now doesn't trust Dr. Harlow. Intern is still getting used to treating patients, checking for anomalies, and dealing with monsters. Nonetheless, everyone is kind to Intern because the still need help. Also, Intern CAN'T be detected using photos and CCTV, the only things available for the next 100 years.
